When can I expect to receive my order?

To keep prices low, MelodyVogue™ ships directly from the manufacturer. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). The cut-off time for order acceptance is 17:00 (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles time). Delivery takes an average of 3-6 business days (Monday to Friday) in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand on all orders.

How can I pay for my order?

MelodyVogue™ guarantees secure payment options and accepts:

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at team@melodyvogue.com. Please include photos of the item. Do not return anything until we review your claim. Once approved, we will replace the item at no cost.

What if the item doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

Contact us at team@melodyvogue.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll help find a solution. If a return is needed, you’ll cover the return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the current item and place a new order. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.
